Pixph is a small app made by an independent developer. These terms keep things clear for both of us. They are written in plain language and cover the license, updates, and liability.

One purchase, one license

Buying Pixph grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control.

Updates included

Your purchase includes updates to Pixph for as long as it is maintained and compatible with your macOS version.

Your notes stay yours

Pixph stores your library locally on your Mac. We do not collect, read, or sell your notes or usage data.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license or the app itself with others.

License

When you purchase Pixph, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on Macs you own or control. The license is for your own use only; you may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your license to anyone else.

Updates and maintenance

Your purchase includes future updates to Pixph, delivered automatically when they are available. Pixph is maintained by an independent developer, and we make no promise about the length of time updates will continue to be released or the minimum macOS version that will be supported in the future.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for Pixph. Payment processing, receipts, and sales tax handling are managed by Gumroad. Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page.

Disclaimer of warranty

Pixph is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to make it reliable, we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with every app and macOS configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Pixph. Your sole remedy for a defective purchase is a refund as described in our refund policy.
