Pixph is a small purchase made without a trial, so we keep refunds simple: if Pixph is not right for you, ask for your money back and we will not make it difficult.

Refunds are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@pixph.com from the email address used for the purchase, and mention “refund” in the subject. We will confirm and process it through Gumroad, which returns the money to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, Pixph restricts editing and capture at the next successful license check, or when the 30-day offline allowance ends. Your local notes and library file are never touched. Existing notes remain available to read, copy, and export.
