Pixph is a small purchase made without a trial, so we keep refunds simple: if Pixph is not right for you, ask for your money back and we will not make it difficult.

If Pixph is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

We do not require explanations, screenshots, or debugging sessions to refund.

Email support@pixph.com from the email address you used to purchase, and we will take care of the rest.
Handled by your store
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on where you purchased, and returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@pixph.com from the email address used for the purchase, and mention “refund” in the subject. We will confirm and process it through the store that handled your purchase. The refund is returned to the original payment method, with timing determined by the store and your bank or card provider.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, Pixph restricts editing and capture at the next successful license check, or when the 30-day offline allowance ends. Your local notes and library file are never touched. Existing notes remain available to read, copy, and export.
