Pixph is a small purchase made without a trial, so we keep refunds simple: if Pixph is not right for you, ask for your money back and we will not make it difficult.

Refunds are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@pixph.com from the email address used for the purchase, and mention “refund” in the subject. We will confirm and process it through Gumroad, which returns the money to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the license key is revoked and the app will stop working after the refund is processed. Your local notes and library file are never touched by us. Anything you created with Pixph stays on your Mac and can be exported before you uninstall.
